Terms & Conditions

By purchasing advertising space with Vegas Local Spotlight, you (“Advertiser”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments

  • Quarter Slot – $350/mo (approx. 2.8” x 1.7”)

  • Half Slot – $700/mo (approx. 2.8” x 3.6”)

  • Full Slot – $1,400/mo (approx. 5.9” x 3.6”)

All payments are processed via auto-pay. Advertisers authorize recurring monthly charges until service is canceled in writing.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

3. Ad Sizes & Placement

  • The owner can switch from a 9x12 postcard to a 6.5x12 postcard at his discretion

  • Ad sizes are approximate and may vary slightly in print.

  • Placement on the postcard is at the discretion of Vegas Local Spotlight. While requests may be considered, placement is not guaranteed.

4. Ad Design & Revisions

  • Advertisers may request changes to their ad before the monthly print deadline.

  • Once files are sent to print, no changes can be made.

  • Unlimited revisions are included prior to the print deadline.

5. Deadlines

All final ad materials, including copy, logos, and images, must be submitted before the monthly deadline provided by Vegas Local Spotlight. Late submissions may result in the ad being excluded from that month’s mailer without refund.

6. Category Exclusivity

Vegas Local Spotlight provides category exclusivity on a first-come, first-served basis. Categories are determined at the discretion of Vegas Local Spotlight.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their ad content.

  • Vegas Local Spotlight is not liable for errors in submitted materials (e.g., typos, outdated offers, incorrect contact information).

  • In the event of a printing or distribution error caused by Vegas Local Spotlight, liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the advertiser for that specific mailing.

8. Termination of Service

Advertisers may cancel their service at any time with written notice. Cancellations must be received before the billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

9. Marketing & Promotion

By placing an ad, advertisers grant Vegas Local Spotlight permission to display the ad in promotional materials, on its website, and on social media for marketing purposes.

10. Agreement

By submitting payment, the Advertiser acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
